DESCRIPTION

Picking early and fermenting lightly on the skin yields a cuvée with beautiful ruby color, light silky tannins, and extraordinary aromas of strawberry, pomegranate, and the elusive cran-raspberry.

Ruby Cuvée is picked early and fermented lightly on the skins. It ends with a residual sugar of 2.89g/100mL.

Ruby Cuvée is from the Texas High Plains from Lahey Vineyards a family-owned vineyard near Brownfield, Texas, established in 2013 by Matt Adams.
