Sparkling Tempranillo Rosé
DESCRIPTION
This delightful sparkling rosé is fresh, light and so refreshing! Summer berry-fruit nuances and delicate floral scents are captured within the ever-present effervescence. The perfect wine for any occasion, this bubbly rosé is crisp, dry and perfectly balanced.
WINEMAKING NOTES
Carter Creek sparkling wines are made in the process called the Charmat, or "Tank Method." In this process, our base wine is reinoculated for a secondary fermentation which occurs in a stainless steel tank. In this process, carbon dioxide is created as a biproduct of the yeast consuming sugar, which creates the sparkle. It is whole cluster pressed and stainless steel fermented for primary and secondary fermentation. It is finished at 1.3g/100mL residual sugar.
