Texas High Plains
2023 Tempranillo Rose
DESCRIPTION
When it is crafted as a rosé, Tempranillo's rich red-berry notes are graceful, the tannins are delicate, giving structure and balance to the bright fruit characters. Lavishly pink with a lightly candied finish, this dry style of rosé is the perfect match with BBQ or Gulf Coast seafood.
WINEMAKING NOTES
Tempranillo Rosé is whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel. The partial malo-lactic fermentation gives a creamy texture to the wine.
